If you work in construction but don’t have formal certificates, you can get a national qualification quicker. The Construction Accelerated Apprenticeship Program (CAAP) is designed to help WA’s construction industry workers get an accelerated apprenticeship. There’s no age limit and you get your skills assessed for free. An employer who takes on a CAAP apprentice qualifies for financial incentives, which may include Construction Training Fund payments.

CAAP is just one of the exciting WA programs that is helping you take advantage of the pipeline of residential, commercial, and civil construction projects across the State. If you are interested in a fast-tracked construction industry apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery, painting and decorating, bricklaying, tile laying, plastering, concreting, ceiling and wall fixing, stone masonry, sprinkler fitting and signwriting, click here to find out more and fill in the CAAP form.
