Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP)

Tell us what you think

CTF strives to provide services and programs accessible to all people. We are currently developing Construction Training Fund’s Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) 2022 -2026 and we are undertaking the community consultation component of the process by means of a survey.

The survey is open to any interested parties and can be accessed below:

If you would prefer a hard copy of the survey or wish to give feedback by phone, you can contact us by calling (08) 9244 0100 and we can assist you. Hard copy surveys can be returned via mail to:

CTF
PO Box 303
Cloverdale
WA 6985

Or scanned and emailed to info@ctf.wa.gov.au

This survey will assist CTF in identifying ways to provide access and inclusion in our programs and services. CTF is keen to hear from you and appreciates you completing this survey by Friday 16 June 2022.
