Construction Training Fund Capital Grant Program
The Construction Training Fund is pleased to announce that the Capital Grant Program, a $5 million funding initiative to support the building and construction industry in Western Australia, is now open for applications. The program aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce in the sector and facilitate the transition to renewable energy and the decarbonisation of the WA economy.
The current Capital Grant Program funding round is accepting applications from 9:00am Friday 1 March 2024 and closing at 4:00pm Monday 22nd April 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to eligible registered training organisations that provide training packages used in the building and construction industry. The program will fund projects to facilitate the transition to renewable energy, the decarbonisation of the economy, and alignment with the Board’s strategic priorities and industry needs. The projects must contribute to developing a skilled, diverse, and sustainable workforce in the sector.
