The Construction Training Fund (CTF) is pleased to welcome Henrietta Farrell as our new Chief Executive Officer.
Ms Farrell brings to the role extensive executive leadership experience across the public and private sectors, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver whole-of-government services, strategic initiatives and major projects.
Her diverse career spans senior leadership roles across commercial, marketing, communications, and customer experience, including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Ms Farrell also spent over six years planning, engaging, delivering, and operating Perth’s Optus Stadium.
Most recently, Ms Farrell served as Chief Customer Officer at Western Australia’s former Department of Finance, now the Department of Housing and Works.
“We are delighted to welcome Henrietta to CTF,” says CTF Board Chair Karen Ho. “Henrietta brings with her a wealth of leadership experience, including a strong focus on stakeholder outcomes and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
“We are confident her expertise and vision will help guide CTF as we continue to support a skilled, capable and sustainable workforce for Western Australia's building and construction industry.”
Ms Farrell will commence in the role of CTF Chief Executive Officer on 12 August 2026.
CTF also extends its sincere thanks to outgoing CEO Tiffany Allen for her dedicated leadership and significant contribution to supporting and strengthening WA’s construction workforce.
