Learning & Development Adviser

Learning and Development Advisers develop and deliver new training and education programs for an organisations’ employees so that they can expand on the talent and skills across all employees at all levels. They often consult with management and staff to identify where training is needed to improve efficiency, safety and targets. They are responsible for inductions into the company and for those being promoted into new areas of the business.

They also assist in designing and developing the delivery of bespoke training programs so need to have knowledge of the organisation, the clients they work with and the business. Learning and Development Advisers work in the residential, commercial, industrial and civil sectors of the building industry.
