Make a claim

When an Apprenticeship and Traineeship Grant is due CTF will contact you via email and to apply you simply need to respond to the email with requested documents.

These claims are due at commencement (6 months), halfway through the training contract and on successful completion. This might vary if there is a reduction in term from that specified in the training contract; the employer is not the original employer of the indentured apprentice/trainee; or the training contract is part-time.

If you’re training a future worker or have updated your skills, you may be eligible for a rebate. We can help you offset some costs for short-training courses, recognition of prior learning for building and construction training qualifications and, in some cases, accommodation allowance.  Find out what employer support funding is available and how to make a claim for yourself or your employee through our CTF portal.
