Support for Apprentices and Trainees

Support for apprentices and trainees

Keen to land a job in the building and construction industry? Gain the skills you need for an exciting and secure career in construction.

An apprenticeship or traineeship allows you to mix work and training for a nationally recognised qualification. Learn while you earn, gain a stronger understanding of the construction industry and become a qualified professional in as little as two to four years of full-time work.

Completing an apprenticeship or traineeship, and can fast track you to management in a trade of your choice. Find your path to success, not just the path everyone else is taking.

Our team at CTF supports the construction workforce through:

$250 Award

Receive a $250 award if you successfully complete a Certificate II pre-apprenticeship qualification acknowledged by CTF..

Apprentice Tool Allowance

Submit a claim and get reimbursed for work-related tools and/or safety equipment purchases, made between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023. The Apprentice Tools Allowance recognises apprentices and stakeholders and the support strategies needed to train a skilled and sustainable workforce.
