Construction Training Fund (CTF) are conducting an important research project into the design and development of a Workforce Culture and Diversity Strategy for the WA construction industry - and we want to hear from you!

The WA community is diverse; with a gender balanced society, one in three individuals being born overseas and two in three individuals identifying with a religion, there are opportunities across the construction sector to further reflect our communities. Whether you're working in construction or supporting the sector in any capacity, we believe your experiences and perspectives will provide us with invaluable insights into the development of this strategy.

Attracting, developing, and retaining talent can be challenging, and we understand that
individuals need to feel safe and valued in order to perform at their best.
Part 1 of this survey will focus on how barriers to entering the construction
workforce and the fair treatment of their employees are leading to recruitment
and retention challenges within the construction sector.

By participating, your feedback could help in building a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workforce for the WA construction industry. If you have questions or require more information, please contact us.
